Metro Junior Wrestling League was founded in 1969, with just 6 teams.    Our league is open to  boys and girls ages 4- 14 years old, Pre - k through 8th grade (sorry no high school freshman).   Age division  are 4 under, 6 under, 8 under, 10 under, 12 under and 14 under.  We have also added a girls division!!!    Our wrestlers  are matched up  tournament style using  a Madison block bracketing according to age with up to the 5 closest weights.   Each wrestler has the possibility  of up to   5 matches a day.
